DS9097U
The DS9097U-S09 Universal 1-Wire COM Adapter is a sophisticated RS232 to 1-Wire Adapter which performs RS232 level conversion and actively generates the 1-Wire communication signals. Together with an adequate TMEX software driver it enables an IBM-compatible PC directly read all and write non-EPROM iButton devices connected to the adapter.

The DS9097U-S09 is based on the DS2480 Serial 1-Wire Line Driver chip and therefore is not a plug-in replacement for the DS9097 or DS9097E.
Important:
The pin distribution of the DS9097U-S09-X is not compatible with the 1-Wire Weather Instrument V3.0. because the pin used for Vcc on the adaptor is connected to ground on the 1-Wire Weather instrument V3.0. In case the 1-Wire Weather Instrument is connected to the DS9097U-S09-X using a four conductor one to one cable, the adapter can result damaged.
