1-Wire Humidity Probe

             The perfect companion for the TAI8515 Weather Instrument, the 1-Wire® Humidity Probe can be installed on any existing 1-Wire® network. The probe is based on the HIH-3610-A humidity sensor manufactured by Honeywell, and uses the DS2438 IC from Dallas Semiconductors to interface with any 1-Wire MicroLan®.
             The  TAI8540  measures the relative humidity, and also the probe's temperature.

             The unit obtains the power it needs directly from the 1-Wire® network, without any need for an external power supply.             

             As with all 1-Wire® devices, it comes with a unique 64 bit address,  so multiple units can be distinguished on complex networks.
